Was looking for something to read at work today so i bought the Irish Independent ( http://www.unison.ie/irish_independent/ ). Whilst looking in sports section i came across this report BIG BALL, SMALL BALL: A sideways look at the championship Conor McKeon Website Watch We keep an eye on the different GAA websites from around the country. This week: www.rebelgaa.com Mantra: Unofficial Cork GAA website Content: As comprehensive a guide to a county's GAA prowess as you'll find on the web, Rebelgaa is teeming with up-to-date info and interesting articles to keep you well versed on all things Leeside. At first glance, there are just too many things to click on, but once you find your specific area of interest, you're away in a hack. Besides the usual team news, fixtures and results from both inter-county and club sides, Rebelgaa features several excellent contributors, all of whom have their own niche in Cork GAA. 'Cazzesman' for instance, keeps a watchful eye on how Setanta Ó hAilpÃn is getting on in Australia, while there are also experts in both codes and on all matters technical and historical. There's an on-line chat forum, so any Cork fan with an opinion can have their say although if you're not a Cork fan, it's probably best to steer clear. Verdict: As a good as we've seen. 9/10 Not bad going getting your name in a national newspaper on the other side of the world ![]() ![]() |

If only they knew the truth about Caz and his talent spotting ability. Steve Kenna being the next Fraser Murphy springs to mind, not to mention the long list of VFL duds that are going to be stars in the AFL but just dont make it... The same guy that ooohh aaaahhhh's over Marc Murphy but would have been yelling his guts out for a Carlton win round 22 last year. I was looking on the VFL website and it had a section dedicated to their fans, I stumbled across this pic of Caz and his missus. Keep up the good work mate. ![]() ![]() |
