If our one more win we can have this year to qualify for a PP in the second round comes at the expense of Freo, I wouldn't be too pissed off :)

They have been a constant pain for us in recent seasons, their small forwards always bobbing up & proving a handful for our defenders. Every time we play them Farmer & Medhurst annoy the hell out of me. They are on a mini roll at the minute & I'd love to see us bring the Anchor Wankers to a halt

Headland & Carr should face the tribunal this week according to the papers.

OK over to those who know tactics/strategies better than me...

I don't think I could stand winning next week. For five weeks in a row I'd be worried about winning and missing out of the PP.

Let's leave it for the tiges or pies a few weeks later

I don't care about the PP - what our kids need is a taste of winning. Would be nothing more valuable than taking another 3 wins into next year. The more finals contenders we can upset the better.

I'll second what CK95 says - Freo annoy the shit out of me also, would love to knock them off.

If we only win 1 more I want it to be against the tigers. I could really enjoy watching terry towelling explaining to the tiger "faithful" why they've finished 9th again

The only way it could get better would be if we played Edwards and he played a blinder against the old man's former team.

There are ways of getting even with these prize pair of knob jockeys without winning.

Would make it a Win Lose situation. :P

yeah be good if we could repeat last year's performance and reinvent the ninth-mond tag, if not we can always dream of beating the pies.

I wanna win this game and win well were our % get above Essendons, put us 2 games + % ahead and we can sit in 15th.

We're not talking about the club, we're talking about what we would rather happen if it were up to us. WIN.

Rest assured, from this point on, 60% of all topics are quickly going to regress into 'is it good to win or is it bad to win?' discussions.

Just to get it out of the way right now, I'm in the 'bad to win' camp.

I'm in the 'I'm not going to say it myself, but what he said' camp

I can't see to many players i'd bring back in this week.

Lappin was ok the other day, although i only watched the 1st half.
Wiggens should retain his spot if he's fit.
Russell did well with the limited time he hand on ground so it would be upesetting to see him get dropped.

Thorton to take Pavlich with Whitnall playing as the 'Spare' man in defence that he does so well.

Kouta to play out from the goal square with Fev as the other 'Main' target up forward.

Waite to be moved into the midfield, maybe down the wing.

Kennedy to be sent to the Bullants to play finals (note being dropped, just sending him to play finals with the Bullants! He needs to play two more games!)

In terms of our kids thou?
Bower is getting close to selection.
As is Hartlett and possibly Edwards.

Could see all of them getting a game before the years out.

Bummers would have to be a chance to knock off the Lions at TD this week

Not going to happen.

Lions will thump Essendon*, who will be thinking they'll be in with a chance, and thus undo any chance they have.

Why don't we tell Freo "your in the 8 and must be thinking about Finals now", and hopefully they have there usual away shocker game.

I like your line of psychological warfare, bos.
