I, like others have spent countless hours studying our list. I have looked at who is gunna help us move forward to become a competitive unit, who is good enough to be retained on the list, who we need to snare in the upcoming drafts and how these players will combine to become the nucleus of a possible flag winning combination.

Breaking the groups up into positional areas on the field appears to be the only way to ascertain just what we got and what we need to take some giant steps forward.

1/ An Accountable, Strong & Quick Midfield: :-D
This emerging Engine Room will be the platform of many forward thrusts. It will have a mixture of hard at it in and under types, defensive blockers and pacey runners. Led by the Messiah, Marc “Smurfâ€

About time someone from the inside has come out and explained the 'Master Plan'.

BB, have you presented the vision and rollout of the master plan to any major Corporates for their sponsorship dollars? If you can't say, I understand. Mum's the Word.

Yep, after this years cleanout & drafts we're gonna have plenty of raw elite talent to work with. Let's hope they're looked after correctly.

I'm really excited by Josh Kennedy - he is going to be a huge an intimidating CHF for many years in the Jonathon Brown type mould, and I think he is more mobile than Brown as well.

Agro, I walked away on Sunday thinking the same thing. My only reservation about Josh now is how his body will cope with the way he plays. Brown struggles with injury, Hamill struggles with injury and it is a direct result of how they play. I fear Josh will have the same problems down the track.

Compliment him with Gumbleton and have two of them then.
Between Gumbleton/Kennedy & Waite/Fisher we should be able to get through the next 10 years with atleast 1 from each group, plus fev on the park at the one time. :P

yeah it looks like he's going to be that type of player sadly but dont forget he has the potential to stop our other players from getting injured because oppposition will be too scared to hurt us and he will also injure a lot of opposition players with the way he plays.
