Watched some Brisbane’s games when Voss was coaching them and game plans are very similar

Hurts to see the gums playing so well and a exciting winning game style compared to us

Maybe Voss needs to be reminded that if the coaching panel didn't see through his failings at Bris, he'd still be an Asst coach

The question for me is how did McRae get them to play the way he wanted to play so quickly? Voss always says we are a work in progress, we are finding the balance etc etc

I just wonder sometimes do some coaches over coach to much. Chris Scott McRae Goodwin Hardwick always seem to have a very simple game style that everyone buys into

That is a sure way to get locker room dissent. When players play consistently well in reserves they expect selection over players that play consistently poor in the seniors.
