Which draftee has impressed you the most so far, and is putting their hand up for round 1?

Bolts: All very impressive. David Cuningham has been winning the ball around the stoppages.

How are the Ciaran's tracking for 2016? What are the chances of seeing all three Irish boys in the same 22?

Bolts: All three have shown great competitiveness. Byrne has been rebounding well off half-back.

When will the captaincy be decided and is Murphy the right fit the job?

Bolts: Leadership development has been (the goal) for all. Murphy and others have been impressive. (We're) looking to announce (the captaincy) next month.

Great job this year with drafting talls; will Carlton aggressively target mids in the draft next year?

Bolts: Lots of talented talls (this year?), but youngsters always take time. SOS will have a plan in place, no doubt.

Where will Charlie Curnow play most of his footy?

Bolts: Charlie is a flexible player with great endurance, and can play forward and midfield.

Is this the biggest challenge of your coaching career?

Bolts: So much to learn and complete; (there's) not enough hours in the day for coaches and players!
