I know you believe fairytales about Ratts being a great coach.

But explain how GC with more in juries than us huffed and puffed and blew the Ratts coaches house down...

This i need to hear.....

Umps injuries and bad kicking for goal....

What about the draw?

Remember it's unfair that some teams play GC, GWS twice, yet a team that wins 13 games can miss the finals.....

Ahhhhh yes... injuries.. wernt playing on the G.... bad kicking.. dumb footballers.. and Ratts is a superduper coach....

Some of these supporters... they remind me of Dorothy... Toto.. the Tin man... the lion.. and strawman.... and they finally pull back the curtains.. and see the club is pathetic.. and nothing like the wizard of oz they thought was there....

Today we had our season... derailed by that wicked witch of the north...

Well Badman think of it as the possible 'bring together of all things TC'.

IF THINGS CHANGE...................

You can share the accolades with all your supporters and peers.

The rest of us will just get on with life, just like we always do.

To the Victor the spoils and to the rest we will buy our memberships as we always do, regardless of who might be Coach.

Regards Cazzesman

We had the east draw too. Played Collingwood twice and gold coast and port once.

Oh so youre getting on with life again......... sun coming up tomorrow... n stuff???

and this membership youre buying... its with the money you get paid by your bosses there at the club... you defend ???

Anyway... ill spew if you throw more half back flanker types names around at the draft table.......

.... it will take even longer for me to rejoin as a member....

Someone has to be accountable.... i just see major deflections.

Youre the face of the club around here.... and you deflect more than Batfink.... so im guessing its a club directive????

For you its the King is Dead... Long live the King...My boss is dead.. long live my boss....

For me... im sick of giving to a club that doesnt care.. and is steeped in mediocrity and unaccountabilty....

Be accounatble .. tell us how a great coach.... in his sixth year can lose to a start up team with 13 out.. when we have the motive of playing in the finals in 2 weeks.

I'm sure Cazz is just as livid and bewildered as the rest of us - Not really fair to pin it all on him.

It's a fresh start this year with a new person heading up recruiting.

At the very least we will get a half decent position in the draft this year, with minimal Gold Coast or GWS interference.
Hopefully we can draft a future premiership player - maybe Judd's replacement ?

Now now ... Mr Cazz should have some kind of accountability.
Being paid by the club and coming on here to throw haymakers at anything and anyone that moves to question... the club... and then can say.... "Oh well life goes on...."

Its just typical isnt it???

Classic sycophant behaviour.... .......

The concern with this is that we always seem to trade off picks.

We don't give ourselves the best chance often enough to draft good talent...at least Shane Rogers has stated his intentions clearly.

Quote:
Geelong is one of the clubs that draft and just sit and wait and have some patience. I reckon we’re at that point. Carlton hasn’t been use to that before. It’s been a “there’s the best player let’s go out and buy him.” The rules have changed. We’ve gotta draft and we’ve got to embrace the draft – the supporters and the footy club.

Hopefully the new coach doesn't want to trade picks away.

The beauty of tonight is that sticks now has no choice!

The burning question is whether a new coach can turn this playing list around??????

Anyone who just heard MM on 3AW would be under no illusions: he wants to coach again. Basically admitted that his manager has been fielding offers, but he won't talk to him until the season has ended for whichever clubs have made approaches.

Carlton

Anyone else?

When they say he'd cost millions ... how much are they talking, and can we afford it? Especially if we cull our entire line coaching staff?

All being said there are problems with the list Ratts put together. Mentally fragile.

On game day Ratts did well to get that team as close as he did. They are his lot though so i guess he has to pay.

Drafting HBFers is not the problem. 22 half back flankers with the right attitude would have got it done last night.

Cracks appear too easily with that list. Miss a few passes, a few tackles, a few shots at goal and they go to water. Then comes more points, more missed tackles, a mini fight back and colapse.

Not sure how to fix it but the club need to find a better mix all round.

Lack of development, lack of enough decent players to develop, lack of size all over the ground and too many one-trick players. (the last two points are linked).
