no. if they wanna act like that im not interested in playing them.
the comments about ruining their weekend plans annoy me. i have to travel close to an hour in the car, same as nicko, to get to these games and would much rather not go to this thing than turn up and have only 15 or so players. sorry, but its just not worth it.

I still wanna play!!! Reading what they have posted has added even more fire for me!

I may be fat but I will run all day! Hit packs hard all day and just plane and simple run muck!

Lets pull together and show them the never die attitude of the BLUE BOYS!

Looks like they are really pushing for the game through an entourage of abuse.
But apart from that, they seem fairly keen and haven't had a game this Summer. Seems they are still pretty cut up about the PRE debacle.

While I won't be playing, I still think we should do the right thing and play.

Perhaps we can play 16 a side and cut out the wings?

Totally forgot about the PRE debacle until they brought it up, so the right thing to do would be to give them their match.

What say you all?

For what it's worth PJ, I think that's the right thing to do. So what if you don't have a full side, just ensure that they play with the same amount of players to make it fair.

You're right, Danielle.

Have put up a post on BB about it. Have suggested 16 a side and cut out the two wings. I'm sure they will agree on this.

yeah, I don't post in this thread too much, but I'm still keen to play. I've even cancelled offers to play in this game!!!

I might be able to rope some friends in too. I'll put the feelers out.

16 a side, if they're into that, seems the best option. Better than getting a couple of ring ins from their bench

question: are simbot and mattyfish still available PJ?

so, assuming everyone turns up, we have 20. If we do have 20 on the day i'd say we can play the 18 vs 18 game as per usual...but as these things go....i doubt we'll have everyone turn up. If we do, fantastic! Seeing as PJ is out i elect fullmont as the new captain/coach if thats ok with him. And Barnsey as Vice Captain.

Yep, I'll definitely play. Gee, imagine them wanting to play saintsational forever, instead of a real quality team

I'll talk to a couple of mates also
