The strategies on Sinclair and Wanganeen Milera will be interesting. Both rated within the top 7 players in the AFL by Champion Data and both using the football exceptionally. WM has been spending a bit of time in the midfield. It would be interesting to see how he goes if the boys put a couple of big tackles on him. He's had it pretty easy so far IMO. It will be good to see his courage tested.
Some big roles within the team this week.

Yes BV , Sinclair sneaks up on you . Would have to be of the most underrated players in the comp .

I’d like to see him play too. If TDK does go to the Aints he’s going to be playing sooner rather than later.

This.

I remember not long ago a slight knee knock to Jagga Smith was brushed off as nothing

Agree with BV - v important to curtail Sinclair and WM. I assume (hope?) we have a robust plan for this.
We don’t have a great recent record against the Saints. Need to play at our best. For the whole game. Win this and we are in the mix, with 4/5 wins. Lose, and we’re pushing the proverbial uphill with games to come against Sydney in Sydney and GWS.

Before we start freaking out about Charlie, do we know that he is actually injured? If he’s a bit sore, I’m fine with playing him. Many players play sore. At worst, use him as a pretty significant decoy which help us move their backline around.

Obviously if he is properly injured he needs to sit out but if he’s a bit sore, he still adds a lot more than the next man up.

Beautiful kick of the footy.

Easy - win the contested footy and look for shorter better options when moving forward instead of long bombs.
Keep the ball away from them and make them accountable by using their man.
Ross will play zone defence, use the ball wisely and they are done.
My worry is, we won’t do any of that.

How the hell does Motlop survive and what does Boyd have to do to get a game?

Glad Fogarty is out, he's so overrated by Carlton supporters. But Evans in is uninspiring.

Acres is very very lucky.

Wasn’t expecting Carroll to get dropped.
Let’s see if Binns can grab this opportunity!

Michael Voss insists Charlie Curnow is right to go for Carlton's clash with St Kilda following the training collision with Tom De Koning

Watch this - Vossy is VERY nervous/dismissive on Charlies availability. His tone/body language suggests Charie isnt fit.....

Yeah. Out Fogarty, in Evans feels very 2005esque

Don’t mind it for this week, I reckon Vossy has a specific role for him on one of the two mentioned above that he trusts him to play

Voss sounded a little like Ross during that presser

Young keeps his spot... Charlie a late out?

Hope Binns can make an impact

Evans... wtf

Rumour is Fog has some hammy tightness therefore sort of explaining the odd inclusion of Frank
