Fantasia will be dropped as well. They’ve been the two obvious ones to be replaced for a while. After that it gets a lot harder

Motlop, Pitto, Marchbank on the extended bench along with Kemp, Kennedy, Hewett, Cinc, and Fantasia. Durdin is out

You’d imagine Pitto, Marchbank, Fantasia will miss. Kennedy, Hewett, or Motlop sub

I think it will be Cincotta, Kemp, Hewett and Kennedy in the team and then either Fantasia or Motlop for sub

You may imagine that but I'd imagine Pitto, Marchbank and Motlop will play VFL with Orazio the sub

Is this our best team of the year?

I mean is this the best team we’ve fielded so far?

ah gotcha! as long as the MC and Voss don't have a brain explosion and name pittonet and tdk, and replace cerra with a small forward and ruin the balance we've had so far... it will be for sure the best team we've had on the park this season.

from AFL:
In: Adam Cerra, Caleb Marchbank, Jesse Motlop, Marc Pittonet
Out: Corey Durdin (Omitted)

Harsh on Durds but I guess something gotta give.

Fantasia can count himself lucky, I think, but he does a lot off the ball like all the half forwards do I guess. None of that can be discerned watching replays with Ch7/Fox obsession with the CU shot. I wish they'd window (PIP) a wide shot 10m behind and 50m in front of the ball so we had more a sense of the movement of the players not just the ball).

How come Fantasia never does the arsy things* playing for us that his highlights package was full of while playing at the Hanger**? Do teams inspire not just styles of play but individual acts from players? (Having said that Betts did incredible things at Blues and Crows every second week at least).

Williams was quiet last week by his standards, not many positions and no goals. Was Owies assigned a more prominent role, goto for scoring shots, knowing it's Zac's milestone game this week? Can a game be planned to that extent or does it all just unfold with matchup ascendancy during a game?! Someone said Owies was on thin ice a week ago… showed his class last week with the dice rolling well for him. He's an integral part of our forward structure playing several roles at once. On Gettable they're saying he's one of the AFL small forwards soon out of contract that will be hunted by other clubs.

Fantasia isn’t lucky yet. He’s on the extended bench. Still 3 to be cut

True, but a yard in front of Durds. I guess it's easier to tell the Sub they're out before you tell an every gamer.

Cerra for Durdin. Fantasia survives. Will be interesting to see if he is sub or they go for Kennedy or Hewett to maintain team balance even though their output is far higher than Fantasia

sub would have to be kennedy or hewett looking at the team sheet.

heard a little murmour TDK might not come up for the game, a niggly bone bruise in his high shin/ knee. if that happens, pitto would play sole ruck. he's still good, he's just not as fit as tdk. tdk playing 80-85% game time, while pitto plays in the 60's?

still, its the tigers, we should win this by plenty.

I'm with you diesel95....
When I first got Foxtel... Press red... Choose 'wide view' and leave it there... How the f#&* have we gone backwards on this stuff :slapshead:

As for OF... I watched him reasonably closely last Friday...
Observed the following:
-Hes definitely running off forward of the play to create an option should we win it...
-I fear he's a little low on confidence, as he seems to go waaayy too early (leaves his man as an extra at the contest).. Just MHO...
-when he gets it, he's usually clean by hand and foot, GOOD decision maker BUT needs to get it (and be given it) more often and earlier (by his teammates)

He may be dropped this week... But I reckon he's doing what the coaches want

Go Blues

Have we had...

TDK
Crippa
Walshy
Cerra
Hewett
Kennedy
Elijah

All in together before? Not a bad 7.

Here's hoping we can get Walshy, Cerra and Elijah on the outside receiving the pill as often as possible.

Regards Cazzesman
