Is that our first unchanged team of the year?

Doesn't seem right.

I thought at least one of them would have died in suspicious circumstances in the last few days.

Reckon we’ve had one before. Maybe after the giants win?

Sub has to be from Carrol and Fantasia. Fantasia “played his role well” last week yet Carroll needs a full game (especially as everyone else is coming off a short break).

Those emergencies to me indicate doubt about the fitness of one of our key defenders.

This. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

I want to be confident for tonight but after our showing at the SCG I just can't be.

As usual, I am optimistic.
Should be a good game but if we can manage to take our chances, we should beat these guys.
Need to:
1) Minimise output from Butters and JHF (Hewett and Cincotta?)
2) Keep their big forwards in check and transition out of our backline effectively
3) Deliver effectively to our big lads up front
4) Keep the ball in our F50
High pressure all over the ground for the whole game is the key.
Easy, right?

Rioli a big out IMO.

Providing our defenders line up as listed we win by 34 points.

Port have a top notch midfield (although Rozee out helps)

Not so convinced about their back & forward lines though. Carlton by 17
