I do remember a pre-season game there like 10 years ago against the Hawks (?? I Believe) where like 80% of the crowd were wearing Navy Blue.

Pretty much the entire stadium was cheering 'Kouta! Kouta! Kouta!' - and he wasn't even playing!

Was the year we won the wizz fizz cup. Big Blues crowd, looks like a repeat of that on the way.

Was also the day of a huge fire in Southern Tassie. The sky was black with smoke over North Hobart oval. Great day at the footy despite all that.

Lots of support for Carlton around. It helps if you ignore the poos and wees banners everywhere.

To the umps on this traditional round, Please no dodgy decisions, only pay what you ACTUALLY see.... and for God's sake remind yourself what 15metres looks like...

York Park will always be York Park, not that other name. Loved playing there and watched some epic footy games there in the 60's and early 70's.

I think we've missed Murphy's drive and speed a lot.
He could have got us over the line in up to 4 games. Definitely in the last 2 matches.

Haven't missed our seniors Everitt Thomas Walker or Jammo.

Hoping someone steps up in addition to usual the Simmo Doc Cripps Weiters.
Maybe Everitt may show something to help us with that improvement on last week.

Their replacements are fine. They are building endurance. SOS is a good one too.
If Boekhurst and Sumner get a good run we can cut them up.

Bolton is our weapon.
Would be a great help to have a parochial Carlton crowd turn up like the NAB game.
Maybe Lady Luck will go our way.
If Hawks can drop 5%. Hawks are 2 games ahead and can take the foot off the accelerator. Fingers crossed.

I feel we need to take them on ala 4th Qtr v Weagles to cut their usual zoning.
Boltons defense worked a treat last week.

Blues by 4 points . Maybe I'm dreaming. We'll see.

Go Blues. Enjoy the weekend.

I'm with you Bondi - we will win this weekend

The more I look at the Hawks, the more I feel we are close to beating them.

I know they're on top, and so were the Swans and others and we have had their measure.
Things have fallen Hawks way rather than them being as dominant as other years.
No Buddy and No Roughead for a start.
Hodgey hasn't got Murphy to smash up ala Dangerfield madness
We are hitting form. They have had hard matches.

Game SOLD OUT!

Carlton supporters galore.
We can win this, and I feel we will. Its a home away from home game for The Blues.
Bolton is Tasmania.

BOLTON. Say no more.

Go blues
