What a champ! Seriously underrated this bloke.

Congrats Tuohy!

Doesn't matter.

Pressure upfield will be the key to shutting him down.

Is it any coincidence that the letter 'B' is so close to 'G' on the keyboard?

Other than his kicking for goal ... I thought Casboult played pretty well. Maybe its just my rose coloured glasses. Also ... the second half of last year his kicking for goal was good. I don't see any point in dropping him when other players made bad mistakes as well. If you want to condemn Casboult for his mistakes you have to first consider those who were worse. In my eyes White was terrible with both his skills and his decision making. I would definitely bring Byrne in for White.

As much as I would like to see Buckley in the side ... he was very poor and should be replaced with Daisy.

Got to say I am not a big fan of Phillips ... he was ok ... borderline as to whether we swap him for Gorringe or Jacksch (Levi to help Kreuz).

Jamo is at an all time low ... not sure we can afford to keep carrying him and Rowe. At the moment Rowe is marginally better which does not say a lot for Jamo.

So:

Out: White Buckley Jamison
In: Byrne Daisy Jacksch

On Notice: Phillips Rowe

Phillips beat hampson at taps from my observation
Good potential to take pack marks more than kruezer
You dont drop a 1st game player unless you want to wreck his confidence..hes the future as sos got him...

And only the second player in the #42 jumper to get there.

I didn't realise that, will get his name on the locker with the great Robert Walls.

Wonder if he'll transform into a negative, bitter commentator who just bags players when his career is done.

Happy to see Phillips have a few games ...

I am really concerned about Jamo tho. Hopefully just a form lapse and not the end of his career.

Need Bucks' pace to attack the lines, same with Thomas and Byrne.

Graham is much like Brock, one pacer who can find the ball but doesn't really hurt or pressure the opposition.

Geez Rexy I'm a bit with you on Graham. He's a footballer....classy at times....one paced...and not yet Mitchell's level.

I like Buckley's pace too....prefer him running ball out of defence where his pace is on show.

Buckley. 88% game time.
3 possessions. 3 clangers including 2 undisciplined frees for late tackles and a 50 metre penalty. How about we make him earn a spot?
He's not close at the moment IMO.
Byrne is the far superior option as the running defender. He'll make mistakes because he takes the game on like Yarran. The difference is he's disciplined and courageous. He should have played Thursday night and he has forced his way into the side through his VFL showing. Bucks has forced his way out IMO.
Omitting Buckley will also allow our mids to rest deeper forward instead of the wing.

Shocking figures/output.
I wasn't looking at stats, and didn't think Buckley had an outstanding game.
I liked the way he closed down space with frontal pressure with second and third efforts.
I was thinking IF he was to play he is better for us breaking the lines from defense, along with Byrno.

I have been a Byrne fan since I first saw him playing in the ressies.
Plus that one quarter he played last year for 9 possessions.
No doubt Byrno belongs.

Sad stats from Bucks.

QFT

Their sweetheart concessions often overlooked in general commentary.

That what happens when you're the AFL marketing arm in Sydney. In fact that's what I call them, the Sydeny Ads

Collingwood are shit. We'll beat them.

I reckon we'll give the swans a run, too.
