SB that's a good one.

Are we in a daylight savings arrangement where we've moved the clock forward?

Not Mighty Mick's fault Me reckons... He will slowly turn over this team, already there are signs of it..Ok tonight we were undermanned.
But you can only field what you have. We already blooding some youngsters which is important. I said back in Round2 this season was a goner.
The important thing is guys are being played, also add some draft picks in the summer.
It all takes time my fellow blues, I know the pain we are in now, but lets trust Mick, he already got the guys into a new area mentally & will unearth some talent along the way.

we could have snapped him up for around 400k I reckon

I wonder what Stevo did to ignite this ongoing hatred?
I also wonder if any rellies of MM's are in the same boat as Stevo.
(Oh, the Oregon branch of Malthouses? No, we don't talk to them. Haven't since great great grandpa Jed stole one of his brother's goats.)
I was really hoping Stevo was gonna confront him on it, and provide some post game entertainment for us all.
Mebbe next week?

(whether you like MM as our coach or not, you have to admit he's incredibly immature in this situation. I think Stevo is an A grade git, but that is not the point.)

Stevens has made it clear he intends to bait him before the presser a couple of times.

MM has been poor until recently but That might irritate me if I was a coach.

The TV stations demand this access they might consider not using it an opportunity for petty vindictiveness.

yeah, I wish they'd stop sending him.
I think I mean both Stevo and MM.
If MM were funny like that Scottish coach, it' be a lot better.

A Scottish accent would suit Mick I reckon.

Och aye, Stevo ya massive fanny baws, go boil ya heed!

yeah..when he says
'they are a rrreally ged syde'..it'd sound better.

Port have become an honest and disciplined team.

even during their form slump over the past 2 months they werent losing by much. And kicking poorly which didnt help.

the main things that port can take from this year is that they have a workrate and game plan that can trouble the top teams. They have thumped the Hawks, cats and Freo within a month, and got within a kick of beating the Swans in Sydney.

There is no doubt that the current coach, who's name will remain secret like Downe's ASADA report, must thank Primus for the teams success - no doubt whatsoever -

...not everyone, surely we can re-build around the water girl and perhaps Daisy if we give him a pay rise next year - get him up to where Malthouse is at the moment - around 1.1 million plus expenses?

Care factor zero. Do the maths and the result adds up. Completely lopsided contest...I kept watching to support the boys. Slingshot versus bazooka.

Not upset in the least because this is what should happen given all the particulars.

Let the hysterical continue.

Will get spanked next week and then we start the process of getting OUR full strength side back with additions.

In fairness to the former CEO he just did the deal.

Can't imagine he made the decision on his lonesome.

Mick clearly had Hinkley on the ropes last night. Hinkley looked rattled.

Without Mick and Wiley last night, we were staring down at a 200+ point loss. Give mick a pay rise.

This was the perfect storm:

7+ "first pick" players out. 3 players with less than 10 games between them, and several more less than 50. Several playing injured. Port with 41 of 44 players fit, playing for a possible top four spot (needing percentage), in front of their biggest home crowd ever at their new shiny ground.

Oh, and Stevo is a tosser.
