How many do we have???

Cordy teats most club officials (especially the honorary ones) with no respect. Copped a mouthful from him once myself.

The trainers have been unhappy for quite a long time. Several long term trainers have been let go over the last few years. One was told at the start of the year his services were no longer needed (similar to me). He deserved a lot better.

I've been meaning to post some obsevations, from my time as an official, in some of the other threads. Unfortunately don't have a lot of spare time atm. Will try to contribute on the weekend.

A question to the Board. Why do officials only qualify for life membership after 15 years service. Shouldn't people that have served in an honorary capacity for 15 years or longer deserve more. Over the last few years honorary officials have lost nearly every privilege that they have had. What culture.

Maybe a small review was held a few weeks back and what they found was that the coaching at reserve level was substandard so they took the steps to rectify a mistake in employing a part time coach.
Maybe they then looked at our injuries, rehab and general fitness and began to question Cordy who took offense and a slanging match began. Perhaps questioning Cordy is a step in the right direction.

People on here are doing it tougher than others. The number of 'beaten' posters is growing.

Tonight I want us to show some fight. United as one. The players and the coaches all on the same page and all with one goal. To get the best out of themselves and their teammates.

If we lose i want it to be because Franklin and Rioli were too good.

Don't know for sure, but looks that way. I was not a trainer.

1. I don't think highly of Ratts coaching ability
2. I don't give a flying %^&* about some conditioning coach

Just care about my team who i wish would also care a little about their performance.

It is 2 hours in a week out of 168 hrs. Show some perspective for goodness sake. It's a piece of leather moved from 1 end to the other, that's all it is. A large portion of the world population doesn't have enough to eat or pot to piss in.
