Needs to prove he can hold a position in the team first. JR's elbow is still not 100%. I'm far more excited about others spending more time rotating through the middle.

It hasn't got the same profile as Judd's shoulder, but it probably deserved to be given a name throughout 2011 other than 'soreness'. As it turned out, it was a serious injury - and as we all know - elbows are NOT funny.

Looks like they are stripping his weight down a bit for the midfield. He looked too heavy last season so its probably a good move if it gets him back his zip.

Interesting Bower is going to be tried on a wing to use his run.

Seems 3 ruckmen won't be used in the same side unless there's injuries. We've drafted a KP forward now and if all goes well we don't need to.
