Pathetic standard compared to Friday night .... Our skills have been atrocious. How many touches has Harry had ... not many I would suggest.

Great positioning by Hendo, looks good, they will eventualy stick then look out!!

Yazz a bit off target but creating opportunities and we know he can finish...

Bower great down back as has been Thornton.

Lucas doing well as is Davies...

Has Hammer seen any game time yet? I haven't heard his name at all.

Interesting vision before the game of Brock refusing to shake Kirk's hand. Apparently that's a sign of great focus and not one of disrespect :screwy:

McLean looked angry and petulant at times during the intra-club too. He looks good and all, but don't see why he needs to act like a knob to play good footy.

Doesn't mean you are a knob because you don't shake hands. Most players don't shake hands before a game. :screwy:

Davies getting a fair bit of the ball. Browne was excellent early with his attack on the footy...wish he had a bit more poise and didn't fumble as much.

Kreuz creating a contest forward but not sure he has the pace to run off a key defender. There are however times to bomb it to him one on one but not all the time.

Warnock impressive with his ground ball work...appears to have time and space once he wins the ball and makes the right decision.

Carrots chasing cheapies.

Yarran and Robbo very lively and applying good pressure. Lucas looks a footballer and once he adjusts to the pace will add another good rotation to the midfield. Bower keeping up with Goodes...he's a very good matchup for him. Mclean being worn by Kirk...not sure who Kirk would go to if Murphy was playing.

Its great to see us play with a CHF. Will make us more unpredictable. Henda is presenting well. Has a lot to learn and i dont expect much from him this season but he looks a good player.

Scrappy game though. I am not sure either club has picked a balanced team. Just fitness and a bit of a hitout seems to be all its about.

All I saw was the same old Fish I supported for years but gave up on last year.He can mark...he missis goals way too often..and...
he gets injured and misses tons of games.
I'm well and truly over him,and would prefer Wiggs any day.

If you ignored your bias against the player then yes, fisher did show some good signs that quarter before he went off - did reasonably well leading up/dishing off. The miss was under pressure from around 50 out atan angle - a few players missed a goals from closer in.

I'd also prefer wiggins over fisher as well but that has nothing to with whether or not fisher showed some good signs.

I'd say Hammer might sub on for Warnock.

Most players wouldn't put out a hand wishing you luck at your new club (ok i guessed that but seemed to be positive words from the Dalai Lama).

Games against Sydney are never pretty football. Looks like they are flooding pretty well.

I am expecting Hampson to be subed on for Warnock in the second half, with Hampson going up forward and Kreuzer into the ruck.

Lucas looks good (was wondering who #24 was for a while, then realised it was our new kid and was quite pleased  )

Skills are quite rusty ATM (inc Judd who had a couple of shockers) but I like the run and chase.

Main thing I have got from the game so far is how the hell the GWS team can be based out of a ground which ONLY HOLDS 10,000 PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!

Yep....would love to be wrong by the end of the season.
i honestly don't ever see him being a great player.
