you once asked on this website was there a music festival you could go to where you can take booze into.

I gave you POSITIVE advice. There is MEREDITH

Problem is it says on the ticket no flower allowed

Personal attack?

Anyhow really water off a flower 's back i suppose, while I agree you have your right to call it how you see it, I still believe you see it from a glass is half empty perspective, and when applied to basically every topic it becomes quite tiresome. Maybe remember Meredith and lighten up, its football.

Every topic you say. Maybe you dont read all my posts.
At least I have something to say. If you find it so tiresome Dane why obviously read my previous post in the first place. Cant be too tiresome for you to reply with your witty light banter
perhaps your thoughts are a touch too light

Are you guys still at it?

JR

He's come good. That's what's important in this thread.

Lighten up the both of you...you're both Carltonians, and even though I don't mind giving both of you a bit of banter, you are considered as part of the Bluebagger brethren.

You're both wrong, and I'm right. That is you both look beautiful in Dark Navy Blue.

JR has improved outa sight and we look forward to bigger things from him in 2010.

riley had no hesitation on SEN tonight in identifying russell as the one for those dream team addicts looking for a good tip.

he said that russell is absolutely flying and inferred that he's ready to step up and give a really good bang for the dream team buck ...

All Australian ? Leadership group ? Captain ? WTF?
Lets just relax a little and see if he can back up his late 09 'form', geez.
Must admit, he looks very seasoned now when compared to his physical attributes a few years back.

If JR has become everyone's new favourite, who will the new team whipping boy be? Need someone to have a go at. Bentick's gone.

Off topic, it's good to see someone remembers Chooka Howell. A regular ruckman for Victoria up against the likes of Bill “Paleface” Morris (1 x Brownlow), Roy Wright (2 x Brownlows), Jack Dyer (all Richmond), Bill McMaster and Russell Renfrey (Geelong), Bert Clay (Fitzroy), Bob McClure and Geoff Leek (Essendon*), Arthur Olliver and Norm Ware (Footscray), Jim Taylor (South Melbourne), Neil Mann (Collingwood), the Cordners (Melbourne, 1 x Brownlow to Don Cordner) and Jim Ross (St Kilda). Howell and Hands were a top ruck combo, Hands captaining Victoria in 1957.
Seems like soon Carlton will once again have a first class ruck division.

Improved player and while I agree with Keogh he isnt a A grade player on the field he probably has A grade character and a A grade work ethic off the field which appeals to the coaching staff.

re: Leadership group.....I think he is close to claiming a spot in that group. A consistent year on the field and a continuation of his unblemished record off the field will see him force his way in IMHO.

Fair dinkum Verbs you amaze me.
His 2009 from was excellent. Your definition of excellence is wrong.

Russell improved a lot in the second half the season. His confidence came out and his running out of the back line was really helpful to the team.

 Helpful. Love it.
