Although increase in time spent at club alone should lead to instant on field improvement

Big jump in compulsory hours obviously but how much of that is training vs. film study when compared with before?

Could be a reason why we have such a long injury list year after year compared to a Hawthorn. Bodies aren't hardened enough

With the SUB rule being abolished all clubs will be stepping up training you would think.

I still think all clubs will be stepping up there work loads, which will mean more time at the club.

Its amazing that the guys riding Le Tour can ride for 3500km with all their cycling related injuries.
