And Martin only 1 more week! (already back in full training)

Wow, that’s a pleasant surprise about Kennedy. A week’s rest won’t kill him if they decide to be cautious.

Hopefully TDK & Cottrell get up. I wonder if Cottrell will be required to return via the VFL?

Probably yes to cottrell given orazio’s 4 as the back up

I could see Cottrell coming in for Ollie. Kid looks like he could do with a refresh

We’ve used 33 players this season, which includes partial games from Binns & Docherty. Nine players have played every game - twelve if you include E.Hollands, Walsh & Weitering who started the season on the sidelines but haven’t missed since.

Sydney (28 :gift:) & GWS (32) are the only teams to have used fewer players at this point.

The continuity at the Swans must be getting close to a modern day record. No fewer than 16 players lining up every week - Adams makes it 17 as the late starter.

The point, if there is one, is that even with a double-digits injury list for most of the season, I can’t see where we’d use more than 34 players (Silvagni the 34th) to this point.

So relieved that Kennedy is ok. He’s the kind of player you want out there on grand final day. You know what you’re going to get from him every single contest and he’s so versatile. Can play anywhere

Couldn't agree more, especially with SOJ out

pretty wild how Doc did his knee more than a month after jack, and he's already progressed to the next level of training before jack.
doc is not from this world.

Not that there’s anything nefarious going on, but the cancer drugs could be giving him an assist.

that's actually a really good point ... he must surely have an exemption to be taking banned substances if they're of anti-cancer nature huh?

The 29th player for Sydney was Callum Mills

Still no Parker. Parker makes 30. Not a bad sub to have on hand.

Looks like Gov a chance.

Williams is a strain, and will be assessed. Probably a 3 week given the history this year.

That’s all. **

We don’t have many excuses.

** note the Thursday night out due to an unnamed injury.

weird there's no news on williams. maybe martin for williams - like for like, yeah?

and it's great gov is in the picture.

the way we shut down off defensive assignments Vs the dogs, makes me believe gov is the organiser at the back, not so much weiters.
