The club has come out and said that Teague has not been ruled out of the coaching job.
I am guessing they received lots of phone calls and emails from angry supporters after Judd's comments.

Dunno what the fuss is all about.I watched the Judd interview and he did mention that he didn't consider Teague an inexperienced coach.....................no reference whatsoever training wheels and Teague.People adding two and two together and getting five.

Please never use the words "Roos" and "gagging" in the same sentence every again.

Only because he's asked so much. I personally think he's got a healthy legacy to preserve and shouldn't go near Carlton...

Yeah, but he went to Melbourne.

And he's being a lot more open about being open to an official role with a club than I remember him being pre-Melbourne.

You can actually understand the fluent Pig Latin he speaks?

I got no idea what he mumbles.

Double negatives. Love it.

That's good if true, because you would be crazy to overlook the fact the players are playing for Teaguey. In the second half of games at least

What are the chances should Clarko leave he will be the next Pagan or Malthouse?

And last I checked Ross Lyon hasn't won a premiership as coach. And hasn't exactly shot them lights out with Freo.

I don't want Lyon but as far as GF's go, to be fair, he lost consecutive years to a freak toe poke and a freak bounce. He did get Freo to both a GF and a PF and not doing too bad a job building a younger Dockers again. Just don't think he is suited to our list at all.

Just the right person. I know it's a gamble. You go experienced you get Mick or Pagan. You go young coach you get Bolts. It's neither. I'd say Ratts is worth a second chance. We panicked on him. We did.

The problem is Ratten won't sell memberships nor lure A-Grade players like Clarkson will.

Agree a simple persona no great achievements as Coach, a no frills type is our our Ratts, Blue Bagger to a fault but lackluster.
We need the shiny complete package to attract marquee players and to keep increasing our membership tally.

When you say Ratts, I just think why not keep Teague?

For the exact same reason and even to a lesser extent than Ratts. He just doesn't have the pulling power either. However he does have until the end of the year, but last week would've put a huge dent in his chances given the brand of football we played and end result.
