Sorry Ockham regardless of what ability this guy thinks he has I cant tolerate d**kheads and as I said earlier if this is the benchmark why did we sack Angwin - He was more talented than Fev will ever be . Fev is Warrick Capper, Richo and Mark Jacko Jackson all rolled into one . He is the clown of clowns and I dont care what he does with the kids and how many autographs he signs he is a goose . and when you have a goose in your side you end up going no where . Plus I dont wear this grog buisness it's a cop out because his actions while sober are no different.

He sooks, drops his head ,leans on the fence , takes his boots off,has pot shot from 80 out , fakes for free kicks , argues with umpires all the time , mouths off at team mates - has cheap shots at opponents and constantly gets rubbed out for stupid acts . and once maybe twice a year he turns it on and plays football that we all know he can play . When I think of the the number of young blokes who would love the chances this guy has but can't get it makes you want to cry .

Also for a player who has been our one focal point of attack for almost 5 years now his output is quite ordinary - cant think of any other team in the comp where 95 % of the attacking moves are directed at one player

Can you

Anyways, as i said above, i think fev off the drink is a good thing for his own performance as a footballer, and go blues!!!

I think there are many like you Boz... who perhaps are not quite getting the point. (IMHO of course)

If you were to get caught by the owner of a bar peeing in his doorway...he and the patrons would be the only people who care. I certainly wouldn't (unless I was the nearest patron  ), as I don't know you from a bar of soap. the act itself would still be anti-social/bad behaviour, but it would end there.

The problem is that Fev is a PUBLIC figure...representing a million dollar business, as well as thousands of fans.

Representing this million dollar business and thousand of fans he has....perpetrated an unsocial act, while being under the influence of alchohol, days out from the start of the season that he is expected to perform in at the highest skill level. And it is not the first time he has embarrassed the club and its followers.

All we want is for Fev to behave, and perform. Pretty simple really.

Thats all fine Mrs Caz. My concern is that the club has reacted to the outcry by the likes of Caro and the Bogans aND No Shows who have been rabid about Carlton and Fev rather than treating this incident on its merits.
Its embarassing and stupid. Its not the hanging offence that some have portrayed.

Hi SB

At no stage have I become nasty towards you nor anyone else in this thread!

You have your view, I have mine.

You're entitled to yours as I am mine.

I too think Fev is a goose - perhaps I'm just a little more tolerant than you, maybe though I'm a sucker?

FWIW I believe that Fev will be in the team and will kick a bag when we win premiership #17 and perhaps #18 the following year.

regards
Ockham

On 3AW Sports tonight DaWAYNE said that apparently Fev will be on the footy show tonight. Not on the set but a live cross to him probably from home

Does Fev take photos with Jo Blow in the public? If he does then that is OK and should play.

After reading this site I have learnt that making yourself available for a photo opportunity is very important.

I think it's an inditement on society that there's a vast majority of people on here that turn a blind eye to the fact that it wasn't peeing in public, but the public desecration of someone's business. So to all of you that thinks this is okay...

Which of you own businesses that involve the public? Who owns a cafe or a bar? Who of you have worked 15 hours a day, 7 days a week to build it clientele from scratch? What's the busiest time for you? We could get a group together to come around and piss on your window in the view of your customers, and when you run out after seeing the commotion we'll man handle and humilate you in full view of your customers. Maybe we'll dress stereotypical of a minority so we'll be easily recognisable and then those that witness the behaviour can say "typical of those .........!" Surely that will make you look fantastic whilst building the reputation of those involved.

How @#$%&! hard is it to unzip your fly and at worst piss in an alley. If that were the case and Fev was caught, I'd laugh it off and think what a flower, but could never deny doing it myself!

Thank you for this information. If I didn't visit you and communicate I would have never found myself. I just thought I was gay. Daddy will be happy with this news.

Don't let me interrupt you, carry on :-D

I'm glad I was able to help with your issues! :-D

I am the one who mentioned photos with Fev so you were clearly addresing what I said. Problem is, I happened to say a fair bit more than simply how much he gives to supporters via photos etc.

Thankfully the storm in a tea cup has blown over and the mountain which was made out of a molehill has been whittled away to a mere hump now.

The shrill hysteria in this thread however will have me laughing for months to come.

   Now I know what angle you are coming from. No I read the Judd thread about him snobbing supporters who wanted a picture and there are a few who don't like this. I just thought if Fev takes a photo with the public then all is OK. I am on Dial Up and it would take me 5 hours to sort through 35 pages so I have not read much in this thread. You are a paranoid soul aren't you. :?:

Brendon is a Carlton man, but tragically it may well be that he is remembered as a shining light in our darkest time and not as a premiership winning player in Navy Blue.

In his football journey, he has now come to a very clear fork in the road.

More so than others, Brendan's destiny is very much in his own hands.
