And if I hear that bloody John Denver song anytime tonight, I will puke.

If it is to be its up to the smalls to bring the pressure.

Hopefull we dont puke tonight.

50-50 game

Sustained pressure requires fit players. So we’re back to selection.

100%

running hard, and running out games.

All the more reason not to select Moir and Lord who I believe don't yet have the necessary fitness levels.

lord has more probability to run out a game tomorrow than doc, cerra and williams combined.

moir would have been a handy sub.

looking at deer tonight, made me think moir is going to be better, at least with more x factor and speed. but we haven't seen enough.

Exaggerating again braithy...just to make as point....not very convincing.

Oh yeah...good luck tonight with your son's fight.

you on the sauce? which bit is the exgageration?

calsher dear was drafted as a project. not expected to play this year, too thin, no tank to run out 4 qtrs and wildly inconsistent was his scouting report. then in round 8, injuries happen, and he gets a run, hasn't left the team since and has only gotten better.

moir was the better prospect. dual footed, can play tall or small and finished 5th in the agility test for all draft picks that year.

and lord is fit and game fit. cerra has done more hammies this year than i've had hot dinners and williams spends the 4th qtr sucking down pickle juice every other game. so for lord to outlast both and run out the 4th (as he did Vs the saints last game) isn't a stretch at all.

son's fight is off. the other kid pulled out friday night and i don't even mind haha. so i'm all about the blues and the catastrophe they are.

I think it’s a furphy, but maybe they’re also worried about our mobility and run around the ground and they hope to replace Pittonet with him so he can impact the last quarter?

Stupid if it’s merely because he’s too injured to run out the entire game.

I don't understand the logic behind TDK as sub. So we get to see the H-K mobile forward line, that's good, but otherwise?... Pitto to commit GBH on OMac for 60%, then TDK to fly over the top? OK, but what about when one of the other prodigal sons inevitably goes down with a first half injury? If TDK can't play 4Q, why is Cinc still an emergency? Or who else might be a late out for Cinc? I hope this is all designed to flummox the Bears and not just the Carlton faithless.

I love this post

Makes sense

Faithless

What will be will be with selections.

The only change I want to see is Motlop playing an honest game. Forget the flamboyance. Forget the tough guy. Just do your job and let’s see him apply speed to the contest. He needs will to make him faster coz it doesn’t come naturally…like whom I’m looking at Darcy Jones GWS is tiny but he sticks a tackle and is electric. Like Betty he takes them on with a quick brain.

he was too injured to play 8 weeks ago.

8 weeks on and he’s selected to play after recovering a week earlier than expected.

Nevertheless he’s fit to play a half?

IF TDK is sub we may place full contest stoppage game for 3 quarters then put speed on the ball with TDK and our best midfield set up for speed and run hard when he’s on.

Brizzy have been starting better than finishing. Let’s all tire together in a tight contest, then unleash…

I can buy that.

I’d love to hear from any TCers in Brizzy

I pulled out last day to attend a party before game. Gave my ticket to family.

Who else?

I’m envious
