Lets sack MM after all it's his fault that we have a very average list, that lacks leaders, skill, aggression, a strong mentality and very little promising youth coming through.

He arrives at the club, has his hands tied due to contracts in place. Lets see what he does at the end of the year. At Collingwood he got the best out of many average footballers, to date it hasn't worked here and I'm sure he thought our list was better than it actually is. We are paying the price for being a very average football club for many years, it's starts from the top, recruitment, list management, development the whole lot.

Good luck MM.

mick wasn't involved with recruitment at the club since he wanted Chad Morrison over jordan lewis. pies banished him from recruiting at that time. Then they had 2 super drafts around 2005/6. Mick come to the pies off a rebuild in 99.

Hate to break it to u but we are not collingwood. last decade. Modern game.

Lost the players and is absolute coxk of a man. You can only put up with guys like him if u get results. Right now we are malthouse fc. Not carlton fc. Cant wait until he goes

Your wish may come very soon however if you think that with his departure everything will be happy days you have rocks in your head. Have another read of my intial post, I actually stated reasons why we are so crap, it seems you are purely pointing the finger at MM? Are you or would you like to identify some OTHER reasons why we are crap or is it purely because of MM?

Goldzy is a strong president ally.
He won't identify mark as a problem.. Even though mark was part of a board that brought Mick.
Even though mark is an idiot who gutted competition out of the club.
Even though mark failed on his hawthorn raid and returned to an uprising from it ending up having to sign Rogers then have him go with a payout
Then he had to ask the AFL for a money advance to pay him out..
Plus was part of a board that voted sticks in unanimously give years straight then talks about the failings of " the previous administration "
The bloke is a joke!

No accountability!
Is s problem with this club.
No integrity!

Because before Rogers quit he negotiated what he would receive to quit.
Why would he just quit?
Are you serious?

Mark is not called a buffoon from me for no reason.
None of his moves have paid off. All have added to the calamity

I don't have any personal hatred for mark

I hate mark because he is stupid and insecure and therefore plunging the club into even greater peril.
I hate the board for their role in what we have become and for throwing us off the cliff

It's sheer gross negligence of epic scale..
Worst of all they shore themselves up, lie and hide from accountability instead of setting the right tone.

Can you inside a president worse than sticks? We found him!
Mark RollDaDice La Gudice.
Terrible president...
He can also be called 'nail in the coffin'

MM won't be sacked by this board ... Cos at the moment he is the number 1 biggest deflection from the real problem ... They are weak and have no clue ...they will continue to let the players and coach take the heat ...

Rogers probably got a six month pay out which is currently standard with ALL new employment contracts.
That's how much confidence they have in their judgement of appointments.
Also means if anything is going belly up the can chop and change and pay out with less money because they don't have money..

Their business model hasn't made money. Pokies or not.

Just in the players.. Had this board come out to protect them with any statement at all?
Spoken about how were all in this together.. Coaches players board and dragged the club going one direction?
No they have allowed it to drift as to not be seen with the players and the coaches in case we associate them with what's going on..

Bollocks Synners, give me proof he was paid out.....

There is next to no chance of that if you quit, only possible way would be because we didn't want him working for someone else this year but he is, as a consultant for his mate Swann.

Please don't embellish things to add sugar to your story, stick to facts

Don't be naive.
The club lets him quit to save his face. They negotiate a settlement figure, otherwise he shows up to work, sits in his office and collects a pay cheque.

The chance of him leaving without a payout is the chance of us beating Sydney this Friday

Im sure if you read the 317 pages you would find my other reasons.

In summary. No gp. No system. No process. No passion. No intensity. Lost players. Players leaving. bringing shit players in. Daisy. Represents the club poorly. losing record. Club gone backwards. Fans not showing up. Did i miss anything?

im not a fan of the board and l hope the president goes with him. Only a tosser comes out and says a coach on brink of extinction is safe until end of season

Imagine being locked into a contract at your place of employment...can't quit, can't be sacked and the boss tells the world how useless you are after your second week, before you've had a chance to properly prove yourself.

Sounds like a great place to work.

First thing to drop off are all the one percenters, the little extras because you just love the place.
You notice your workmates doing less and less and start to get angry because you shouldn't have to be the one doing all the work. You start to resent everything about the place and dream of the opportunity to get out of there, a fresh start and a chance to show someone, anyone, what you are really made of.
Then one day, the old foreman gets replaced with a new one. The new guy is funny and driven and wants to succeed. He has some new ideas but it is a case of too little, too late. The workforce are over it and still want out.
The best workers leave and the only ones that stay are the broken, the old, the lazy and the stupid...all in it for the money alone. All the new workers come in and get taught by these guys and pick up all the bad habits.

Ultimately, the business fails and the prick of a boss blames everyone but himself.

Greg Denham today in the Australian.

Mick Malthouse’s immediate future at Carlton is in his own hands following a frank meeting with the club.

The league’s longest-serving coach is on his final chance at Carlton and has been told to behave appropriately and in a manner in line with club policy.

As The Australian has learned, Malthouse will be encouraged to coach out his contract, which has 14 more matches to run, provided his position does not become untenable.

The situation flared last Thursday when Malthouse criticised the struggling club’s public stance on a rebuilding program, but following a meeting last Friday night after their 77-point loss to Geelong, the club believes there is “enough goodwill at the moment” for him to stay.

The Blues are adamant he will be coaching against Sydney this weekend. Chief executive Steven Trigg spoke to Malthouse for 15 minutes prior to his media commitments after last Friday night’s loss, the clubs seventh in eight rounds this year.

Typical board. The main thing is do not say anything that might reflect poorly on us ... you must tow the policy line.

Wins optional.
