400k for the vice captain of the club and a guy who at the time of signing had finished top 6 in 4 out of the last 6 best & fairest counts seems like a fairly reasonable deal.

He has been at the club 10 years now so he is on the veterans list so take off $112,000 that isnt included in the salary cap, he takes up $288,000 of cap space.

If one year contracts are good enough for Crawford, Mitchell and the boys at Geelong at Carrazzo's age....

Your sums are wrong, closer to 500K...

And we wonder why our salary cap is stuffed...
