Thank god he is changing the goal posts, because someone has to! But then again I don't care about his age, grumpiness or belligerent style - it is a style that has proven to work in football and environments that cry out for change.

I think we can all agree that culturally this playing group needs a shakeup. These players have been told how awesome they are for years, and they need to be shocked back to reality, because for some reason after many uninspiring performances the penny still hasn't dropped for many of them.

I can think of much worse guys than Mick to make this happen.

You are totally right I knew after driving home from the Elim Final against Richmond I shouldn't have watched the 2nd half again, I have let the club down and now have to live with those consequences of my actions................

Read it your own way, Club, with your negative MM glasses on. MM gives no intention of being there as an interim coach ala Roos. He wants to get CFC right not just for his time but well after that. I look forward to the changes to come to bring us into a consistent, hardened finals style AFL team.
