I can’t agree
We don’t have a plan b. We don’t move the magnets. Coaching is a big big part here. Instil the belief into the players. Instil the system that they can believe in.
You can have plan A to Z and it won't matter 2 hoots if the players can't handle pressure.
They are the most mentally weak players in the comp.
You don't miss those shots in the 3rd if you are brimming with confidence

Talent goes a long way. Coaches bringing that out and instilling belief goes further. No shit coaches have ever won a flag relying on player talent alone.
Plenty of mediocre lists and clubs have won flags with coaching and belief
It's nothing to do with talent they have the talent.
They don't have the mental capacity.
You watch when the season is totally shot and top 4 is out of reach and the pressure valve is released they will come out and flog any team that is put in front of them.

And that’s coaching, yeah
Preparing these guys and belief
No it's not.
We are like the Pommie cricket team ( or any Pommie team) we have master the art of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
How many times do you see England be 1 for 130 and all out 180.
Their soccer team always fails at final hurdle.
The longer the Premiership drought continues the greater the expectations become and the players do not have the ability to cope with it.
The weight of expectations is enormous and getting worse. I have been saying for years that they need to sack their shrink and go find the best in the business.
No amount of tactics or coaching can fix choking and panic.
It is why they need to trade in players who have been there and done it
