It’s the umps that need to be put on notice.

We have to tackle the little turd, and he will drop his knees.

So how do you stop it?

Confident little turd isn’t he.?

Let him drop his knees. Stocker to go through him with a full blooded tackle and clothesline the cauliflower

I wasn't going to go to this game but decided to buy a couple of tickets. There was not a lot of reserved seats left and got some on level 4 in the Warne stand.
Weather forecast is good at this stage so this game is going to be huge.
It would appear we got through last weekends game without any injuries so I wouldn't expect many changes.
I guess Martin will come in if he is fit.
Collingwood down to the one ruckman too with Cox out.
Anyone else here going?

Yep I'll be there.

Am not confident in this one but conversely, believe we will absolutely smash Essendon* into another universe after the bye.

But 1 week at a time and all that.

Definitely!
I booked tickets today. The 9 day break seems so long.
Go Blues!

Yep... I'll be there....

Fingers crossed the weather is fine
Should be a cracker of a crowd

glad to see we won't be out gunned in the ruck
Against the Swans we were better at making the ball hit the ground than foregoing contested marks.. (for them)... Seems to be an area the boys have focussed on (LOB is a case in point)

Hits the ground, we play the contested game... suits us...

Bring it on, and yes, 9 days feels like such a long time! Hope our boys don't come out like the break has already started.

Go Blues

Goldberg, spear tackle. He will end up in bay 13.

Cox out is an advantage for them.
He is a liability and also Darcy Cameron is better in the ruck.
And it makes their forward line a bit more mobile and unpredictable, in terms of planning.
We should be much better than them but it will be another challenge - as each week is.

I'll be interested to see if Pendles bodies up Cripps in the midfield, it hasn't proved overly successful in the past. Personally, I'd get Hewitt or Kennedy to take Taylor Adams at the centre bounces.
He plays well against our mids and his ability to tie the ball up and get secondary stoppages will help them counter our strengths.

Hope the double page spread in the Herald-Sun about the almighty Blues doesn't give a few a big head.

If the Blues haven't gotten ahead of the themselves, the Journo's sure have.

Good to see you have seen the light and started reading the real news in the Murdoch press.

But however if it was just a 2 page spread in the Herald I wouldn't be concerned but the TV and internet is awash with feel good puff pieces about the blues at the moment.

Apparently Cox may play now as the injury is not as bad as first thought.
