Don't like slagging players but Couldn't remember a worse performance than Rowe put in today
No awareness no leadership and ordinary intent

Just shaded Thomas and Jones and we need to get rid of these hackers they offer nothing much at all

Armfield was terrible as well
If most of these players had half the desire of a Cripps they might offer something

Thank god for Cripps Simpson Weiters Cunningham Docherty silvagni

Kerridge dropped off badly over the last few weeks
Plow Phillips and sumner poor today

Wright good and continues to show leadership
White please he has another contract for 12 months

Sometimes I wonder if those players have quite the same grasp on traditional rivalry as we do. Probably not.

Shitful.

Relly don't care what other teams do.
We were shocking and very slow to react to what was happening. Dumb players or dumb coaching? Im not sure, but seems to be taking 2 quarters to work out some things, not only today but most of the season.

And finally, i hope Daisy bought the beers in the rooms after the game. Will have been his only contribution

Not a lot has changed from last year. Only difference is that the new coach had a honeymoon period, just like John Barker did for a few weeks.

Cripps should be the captain next year.

It's one thing I can't understand.

Emotion seems to be a dirty word with AFL coaches.

Can't get too high, can't get to low, have to quickly move on to next week.

You're a robot who doesn't care... ?

I know what you mean Rexy I hope they are very low tonight because that and the last 10 games have been crap
No Carlton supporter can be anything but low after such a dreadful performance today and have some professional pride

Doesn't hurt enough with this mob and has been the case for years

So I guess the honeymoon is over.
Hope the players choke on that.
Well the, hopefully, few that survive the cull anyway

Safe to say the players' minds are already on Mad-Monday and the pool & cocktails that now await them.

Meh, Carlton who'd already checked out of the season up against a team with something to prove.

I'm surprised anyone actually expected Carlton to win.

I bet nobody comes back from season break chubby this year.

There'll be plenty of list changes and some staff changes as well I suspect.

It's not only Bolts first year with the players it his first year with the club.

Standards will be lifted for 2017.

we have no snarl ... if it was the other way around Essendon* would have rubbed it into us ... OUR players should have wanted US ribbing THEM about the wooden spoon

We have given them a good feel about 2017

until we get players with some 'shit' in them we will be no good

our whole intent and demeanour need to change

This is all talk stop talking start delivering
Better standards in 2017 we are promised better standards every year and we rarely deliver
Get a hard edge stop losing to the league shitkickers
Start playing hard no compromise footy
Stop picking and choosing and going through the motions
Stop just turning up against the 17 th and 18 th sides and then realising too late you have left a game slip that you should win
Turn up in round 1 against the bloody tigers and smash them

Trying being consistent for once in two decades
We are a laughing stock with Richmond
Trade and draft well
Get professional in all aspects we are seek of amateur hour at our club it's getting past a really sick joke

Poor prick has a huge task ahead of him.

How is he any different from the other coaches we've had the last 20 years, yet this guy is the "poor prick" (this isn't aimed at you in particular Brad).

I don't understand the blind faith people have in this bloke.

All I have heard is tough talk and cliches and people act like he is the messiah.

I don't think he will be our next premiership coach.

The club knee jerked and went the polar opposite to Malthouse and despite his faults he wasn't the source of the problem.

Not sure they will dig themselves out of the hole they put themselves in anytime in the next ten years.

Great. Post. Bolton is a good coach. Main difference is he can teach and we are capable of 2 way run and team defence. He is inclusive. I agree Malthouse was scape goated. Hopefully we give Bolton the time required which is realistically another 4 years with visible improvement in 2019. Next year will be tougher and wear our patience. I predict 6 or 7 wins anymore is a triumph
