Forever, I should think, or do we plan on giving some back? :?

No, it means we'll lose.

Shame.
Rocco has stated his post and we haven't played the Demons yet. There is a new level of shitness to go down to.
Anyway happy thread, favourite thing about Carlton right now?

Yeah, there is a new level of sh*tness to go down to but it's not losing to Melbourne, it's being as sh*ty as we are and still not doing anything about it.

I know what's NOT my favourite thing..... A dysfunctional playing group.

To hear a number of new recruits say they feel disconnected or not part of a team or group amongst the players is a worry.

To actually know a young player feels like h is pretty much being bullied and has no one to turn to is most disappointing. This kid feels isolated. He feels alone. How f*cking sad that is to hear that he cannot approach no one or there be lack of leaders within the club to step up and demand each player be treated the exact same not matter if you're played 1 game or 300

This player knows he will never play for this club again. They tried to take him last year but couldn't and has to endure another year at the club when others around him go along their merry way thinking their poo don't stink

Now that Menzel is injured, I still really like Dylan Buckley.
He has really come on quickly over the last year.

He reminds me of a smaller version of Kade Simpson - just wills himself to run and take the game on, try to create something.

I recall one of the bleakest points in the match on Saturday, and Dylan was cracking in trying to win posession hard by the boundary and squeeze a kick into the forward 50.
He got shoved hard by a Dees player and the kick ended up skewing out of bounds on the full, and everyone in the MCC gave it to him.
Sure he could have run it over the boundary for the throw in,
but he wasn't content with that, he didn't want to run the clock out.
He gave away a free kick, but at least he was cracking in and not shying away from heavy body contact like his teammates were.

Thoroughly deserves his Norwich nomination.

:fight:

I lied, losing to Melbourne has take me to another level of shitiness, unlikely to stop there.

Is there such a thing an apex of shitiness? Suppose we'll find out this year.
