Ratts you are a hero of Carlton, but coaching and being hard are not in your character.

Bring on Mick, also trade out some players who dont put in when it gets tough.

See ya Gibbs & Simpson

The trouble with most of us is that we would rather be ruined by praise than saved by criticism.

Ratts, you will always be a CHAMPION of the club. All the best in the future. You will always be welcome at Visy Park. No one will wear that number 7 like you did.

Its amazing what happens when a player is on his last legs. Gives up or has a go. McLean's workrate has been first class. Judd was the same.

Others need to look and learn.

They like Ratten but they don't follow him regardless. The body language between Gibbs and Ratts was very poor.

So much for playing for the coach. What Bullsh1t.

Given Gibbs was immaculately groomed he has reason to feel affronted by Ratts singling him out.

I'll praise Ratten if he falls on his sword and saves the club he protests to love a $500k approx payout.

That would be admirable.

Not going to happen though.

Let's stop and think whether having a Malthouse or a Roos is going to achieve a better result.
