I don't think the situation is quite that dire harker, as we will name something like a 29 man squad. More than enough fit players.

True, but we have copped a bit of a hammering on the injury front in recent weeks though.
The back end of the NAB Cup will be interesting with Judd, Jamison, Duigan and Rowe available.
It may still be a little though for Yarran or Henderson get up for this week, at least.

Does anyone know what the go is with Walker and in particular Warnock? Havent heard much about these two injury wise.

Walker was flying up until a week before the intra-club, and I think the club is just being precautionary at this stage. Warnock had an operation on both shoulders, and is about a month away from resuming, but IMO he won't be a regular in the team until close to mid-season if at all due to the loss of upper body strength.

He'll be fit, but he won't have the bulk to compete.

Away from that, we'll take over the squad as named, but will select 24 of those (4 man bench with 2 subs I believe) for each game. I'd suggest Carrazzo, Scotland & Murphy will only play one fixture.

Pretty sure I heard they've upped the squads for the games to 32, and shortened the halves by 5 minutes due to the heat (top of 37).

Levi n Rowe both need to be given an extended go in the fwdline with our premier Mids sending the pill down there. Then we will see if either or both are any good. I'm quietly optimistic we mite unearth two pretty good Fwds here. But time and opportunity will tell. It's easier to excell when you have quality delivery !

I understand Henderson has some back issues and may not be risked, yet I certainly hope he does play
