Ratten says Judd wasn't carrying an injury, can someone please ask Judd if he was 100% fit?

Love watching Buddy play so hoping for Hawks vs Cats GF. Plus everytime I see him I think Richard Tambling!!, aren't those Tigers spewing! Hindsight is wonderful thing when you see us taking harlett at 25 and LeCras going to the weagles at pick 37.

I've been saying for weeks that the club need to formally ask the AFL what is legal when it comes to tagging Judd, it's pretty clear that over the last month or so his opponents have been getting quite a bit more leeway. From holding him prior to him taking possession to ignoring the ball and standing front on to him at stoppages the tactics need to be clarified.

The club also needs to ask why it appears that he's being singled out for throwing when other clubs appear to have it down to an art form. I'm looking at you Hawthorn.
If the umpiring department was doing it's job they'd go through every game and highlight examples from every club of things that the umpires are missing, but like Lance Whitnall and the "shepherding in a marking contest" rule that seemed to only apply to him, I'd suggest that the example(s) shown to the umpires were of Judd and Judd alone.

I'm not expecting any satisfaction from the AFL.

I go further Wogee. Make a bit of a fuss about it in the media a week before the finals. It would've been smart. We all know that the umps change their focus for a few weeks after a fuss has been made about something.

The "Judd throws" campaign was ARRRRRRGGGGGGHH ... it makes me too mad to talk about it. It ended up that he had throws paid against him whenever the ump was in doubt, (and some those turned out to be legitimate handballs).

Heard words coming out of my mouth on the road this morning, that I did not know were in there!!
There really is something to those stages of grieving isn't there.

Denial - There'll be a formal investigation into this and the AFL will have to replay the match. Surely.
Anger - Stupid f&ckin' umpires.
Bargaining - But if we sacrifice a goat in the centre square at Princes Park everything will be put to right.
Depression - Don't know about you guys, but my sharp kitchen knives are looking strangely alluring.
Acceptance - Acceptance? Sure - I'll accept it when we win the Flag next year!

I'm with you on everything except the goat.

we should sacrifice the entire AA panel.
that would make me feel a lot better.

I'm actually starting to think he's just on a single man player's strike until the EBA gets sorted out.

On a serious note. We really need to look at resting him over the course of the season as the battering his body takes cannot sustain him for 26 weeks.

Win the Charlie this year and then bugger it in 2012.

Should realistically look at playing 18 to 20 games next year.

Definately needs to be rested more often. What else needs to happen more often is the bashing and crashing into his opponent so by the 3rd quater juddy is running all over him and wishing they hadnt rocked up :fight:
I think even this year was a real learning curb for the club but also juddy he will be timing his run for the big dance perfectly in
2012
