It should have been a free. Kudos to the umpire for realising just in time who he'd have to give it to

Wow, it's like opening a time capsule.

Was good of Smorgo to take the time for a Q&A with TC. I hope that when #17 comes our way, we don't forget the effort he put in during a VERY difficult time.

Graham is right, it is pointless asking for extra time. If they were passionate about their position on the Carlton board and the footy club in general, they would have prepared a challenge three months ago, anything else are merely excuses and egos.

Graham I have a question.

In your view, when will the Carlton football club start competing in finals football, can you give an accurate time frame?

I am optimistic about '08, but we feel very positive about 2009.

Same. And given peoples' responses to him, I suspect something fishy.

Marc Murphy is elite

:gift: Worthy No 1 draft title (and maybe the B&F &/or Brownlow)

I bow to you Sir Murph.

I can see you holding the Premiership Cup aloft .....and it suits you.
You look good in the Dark Navy Blue.

Goal kicking midfielders win you games and premierships

Murph has kicked 28 in 20 games.
And in the last 3 weeks has kicked 3, 2 and 4.

Murphy is elite

Carlton would just about have the biggest following in SA after the Crows / Port...

Heaps of Blue Baggers over here. Always a heap of Carlton people at Port games especially (availability of tickets). I know for a FACT that Carlton had the highest amount of opposition ticket purchases for a Crows game too this year (barring the hoe-downs).

No doubt a legacy of the 1986 recruiting batch.

We have a huge following in WA also

Some guy around here tells us there's huge potential in Sydney as well....

I wonder if he's been getting some practice on Juddy's trampoline?

Is touching the back of someone's head deemed a free when taking a speccy?

I thought it was a glorious grab by Smurph.

When he landed you could see him waiting for the umpire to call a free against him but when it didn't come, he looked so happy.

3 played a big part of his game yesterday.

3 on the guernsey
33 disposals
3 goals
