I've lost all hope with this one. We're never beating them again, nothing can convince me.

Hell, even blueman has predicted they'll haunt us even when we're winning flags.

The day we stop worrying about how to beat them is the day we will...

That's one more losing streak consigned to the dustbin. We only have that horrible St Kilda streak and the impending record run of losses against Hawthorn to overturn.

Big difference from 2007/2008.

They really should think about releasing a DVD for this.

Brilliant.

I have a feeling this is a good opportunity to end the Hawthorn streak, maybe not the St Kilda one.

We've been looking forward to this day...all of those 2000-2009 losing streaks are now consigned to the historical dustbin...

Oops...Mods, apologies, forgot about this thread - can this please be merged with the Opponent Winning Streaks thread?

http://www.blueseum.org/tiki-index.php? ... +into+2010

The last of the losing streaks is now over; we dont have any prevailing record losing streaks.

What about Hawthorn? Might not be a record losing streak (?) but we haven't beaten them since early 2005 have we?

Good point - hadn't picked up that Houlihan was in both teams. He's been a stayer....

Correct.

If Hawthorn win, they will equal their record winning streak over us (7).

Actually it would be 6 if you include Robert Harvey and SOS on opposite sides.
Is SOS still at St Kilda?

Doesn't sit comfortably with me...it appears we do our best when an all time record is on the line. Ok, expecting a possible loss this week. HOWEVER, you can pencil our next one against the Hawks for a win.
