You can imagine the Herald Sun's headline tomorrow, "Fev in trouble for being tanked and emptying his tank in public".

Quell horror!

The players and Judd won't kick it to Fev this week.

The Dominator wouldn't have played 10 games if he was on our list this year.

I couldn't care less!

Fev should get a life membership from the AFL when they thinks it's OK for WCE players to flatline and *removed due to injunction * players have two strikes and no septum in their nose.

GO FEV!

Kick eight goals and everyone will be patting you on the back again.

Minimum:

- Out of the leadership group
- Max fine

Wouldn't worry if he didn't play Rd 1 either. Jacobs off rookie list, Clokey to FF and Judd resting as a leading forward (see Port final doing this on one leg).

Don't forget Juddy in leadership group and after WC antics, he'll want this issue treated "appropriately".

This is the NEW Carlton that shouldn't accept OLD habits.

Who cares?! This happens hundreds of times a night around the city, people throw up in clubs - they get kicked out, people take a piss on the sidewalk - they get a fine.

If Fev comes to training on time and fit, the footy club should not be involved at all.

What are footy players expected to do, stay home and knit? Everyone has a big night out now and then. Why should footy players have to live up to such high standards?

And does everyone else get paid big bucks or be heroes to young children? Not to mention young team mates?

Fev should be punished but not because of the urination in public, which is a joke of a story and a sad inditement of our media, but because he was out late getting drunk so close to the start of the season proper. Grow up Fev. You're highly paid and you have a responsiblity as a paid professional to act like one.

I've had to do it a couple of times. Better than pissing yourself. My most audacious place was right outside the biggest police station in Queensland. I was halfway through before I realised exactly where I was.

Whether he likes it or not; Fev is a well known head in this town; and when he behaves like he did and is captured on CCTV;

it's a monty that someone will ring the Media to tell them about it...and.....what about the free publicity for the Candy Bar?..

..great footage of the place in Greville St.....it's a win win for everyone except Fev and the Carlton Football Club.

Very stupid action. Fine and early training for the team ie 5am.

Lets get a grip. He pissed in public. big deal.
Being out 4am 1 week before Round 1 is the issue.

Incredible how these threads are allowed in this forum but a thread on a legit injury or on the performance of a recruiting manager isn't. Is this a football site or a woman's gossip magazine?

You seem to have some comprehension issues about the Stevens thread, so I'll type this s-l-o-w-l-y for you...

The post about the legitimate injury to Stevens was never an issue. Ever.

The issue with that thread (and one or two that followed) was the unfounded speculation that the injury could lead to an immediate retirement. When the mods got word that, not only was retirement even considered, but that Stevens was upset by this speculation we felt it was necessary, in that particular instance, to try and stop that rumour growing legs.

We're not always about protecting players or administration, but in that example, it was the right thing to do. With this thread, if Fev reads it and gets upset, that's just tough because what he did was wrong and bloody stupid.

Hopefully that has cleared up your misunderstanding. If you still have any difficulties understanding the mods actions about the Stevens injury thread please send me a PM.

Thank you.
