im gonna be there on friday, and i was wondering if someone could tell me if u have to pay to get in? im a member but im yet to recieve my card.

Best to call the club methinks. It says on the official site that you need your card, but that wouldn't really be fair.

You just have to go to the membership tent, tell them you are a member but haven't got your card yet, and they will give you a ticket to get in.

Dear Carlton Football Club

Can you please ensure there are adequate vendors at the ground. Practice matches etc are notoriously poor for looking after patrons catering (drinking) requirements. It looks like it will be fine and warm/hot weather and am keen for a brew (or 6) while watching JUDD in action. Not particularly keen to be waiting in line looking at the back of the person in front of me while I should be watching the object of my affection, JUDD.

That was Alice Springs Radio. I don't think aliens invade Alice Springs that often but the night of the Blues vs Eagles they decided to land in numbers to support the mighty Blues, hence the commentary kept breaking up with all the static. In fact the commentary we could hear, it sounded like a few alien players got a run for both teams. Pssshhhhh and adfkjsaldjfkl were standouts according to the UFOAFL Record.

They get 8000 to league matches and 20 000 to a Carlton practice match

Can anyone here see see if the club has any options to record/stream this game for those people who cannot attend.

I am surprised a little that no one had thought to do this, or perhaps AFL rights agreements prevent this from happening - but surely it could be argued that it is good for the game and our club with some positive spin.

Something should be possible - this is 2008, not 1998.

dad and i finally got our memberships sent out today so we're certain starters for friday, looking forward to it.

checked out training today for the first time this season, looking forward to the real stuff now.
