What a gutless pack of w@nkers. He's lost the players, support of alot of the board, we can't win a game to save ourselves and we have to put up with lacklustre, incompetent crap for at least another 12 months. We know how it's going to go next year, what the point wondering about how the club will go. They key to any club is to win games and the best possible mechanism should be put in place to do that irrespective of the cost. You'll be financially alot better off in the long run.

This means we lose a really decent coach/assistant coach from the club in Barry Mitchell for the sake of this incompetent dill. The club's f@cked! When are the Board members up for election?

So, what are the ramifications of the last two days of blundering?

Can Pagan possibly coach to the best of his ability, knowing quite well that he doesn't have support from the entire board?

Will Mitch's mind be on the job this weekend? Will he continue on as Bullants coach?

I hope this proves to be the right decision...

Ive been thinking myself changes are needed and Pagan doesnt seem to be getting through to the players...

I just dont know if keeping Pagan was the right decision! What case did he put forward to the board!??

Does he have any alternatives with his coaching style he can try??... Pagan and the coaching staff have some work to do in the pre-season... I hope SOS comes in as a replacement and that we make significant changes to the rest of the coaching panel..

I really truly hope he has been given an ultimatum by the board.. The fact is, we have heard the same things from Pagan for a few years now... And in the public he rambles on about the same things!!...

Membership could drop yet again this season which is what i'm worried about!.. The board need to do alot of work and make sure we market the club as best as we can coming in to next year...
