Obviously no legal expert however it would appear we have presented a good case thus far.

Youd think we would get a better lawyer than Wilson.........i know he would have come cheap... and he loves the club.... but youd think so.

Expect the AFL to 'make an example' of Judd the way they did with Diesel all those years ago... Reckon they ll get on their moral high ground and give him a 6-7 weeker...

The problem is that 2 of the 3 members won't know what the @#$%&! he is talking about.

We need to appeal and make Adrian Anderson accountable for this 'system' he has created.

Anyone know who is on the appeals tribunal?

What the AFL (Gleeson) is alleging doesn't fit with the definition in the laws. Technicalities are there, precedence is there (Cyril etc). We would be stupid not to appeal.

Tribunal chairman summing up now. Jury should start deliberations soon. Tipping a long wait though

We will have a chance to take it outside of the AFL.. and have an injunction put on the sentence... if we can

Lets see.... :sly:

Why a long wait?

They decided 10mins after the game what the penalty would be.
