Reckon the Pies had plenty more pre seasons than Port and that didn't seem to stop them from getting run over.

Watching the replay of the game now. The second half is real finals footy, even though it was just against Richmond.

Reckon Juddy's third quarter would have done the Dominator proud.

Watch the footage of Judds goal...as he celebrates, Morris(?) is in the background...his reaction is minor....then you see him glance up at scoreboard and his face drops...clearly hadn't kept a close eye on the score.

:thanks:

:thanks:

I did notice the push-up King had to glance at the scoreboard after the siren as soon as he was up there.

Neighbour is tigers supporter. Was a decent bloke until we put in an extension application. He'd previously agreed with everything, no dramas. Then went feral.
We don't talk anymore at all.
I attached this to my fence.

I reckon he can still read.

Absolutely. I've been following Carlton since I was four (1968, thanks Aunt Mary), and I am sooooooo glad I went to the game.

Good to hear Andy is earning his stripes as a Carlton supporter once again.

I thought the Port Adelaide victory was the best Carlton win in 10 plus years... but the Richmond win was even better.

It was great (and nerve-racking) to be there and witness the Carlton vs Richmond legacy being added to. More drama, more emotion, more memories...there is no sport in the world that can match the 100 year rivalries that Australian football has. What a game, what courage, speed & endurance we get to see in Aust footy.

This match is a great new chapter in Carlton's history- erasing some of the pain of the last few years.

Keep on running Carlton ...run and carry. More chapters to add to.
