EDIT:

Blues to hit the phones

Quote:
From 4:30pm until 6:30pm players including Jacob Weitering, Sam Kerridge, Nick Graham, Jack Silvagni and Michael Jamison will start dialing potential new members.

Geez I hope they didn't put Casey on the phone again.

Jaksch was calling - he left a voicemail on my friends phone. What bad luck.

Just went to the clubs membership site to renew 8 memberships for my family.

Got to the stage where I am about to enter credit card details. The only two options available for online payments were to sign up to a regular monthly automatic deduction or to a yearly automatic deduction.

I am happy to pay for a years membership for 8 people, but not prep0ared to commit to payments for future years.

Now I have to decide if I can be bothered renewing over the phone or not at all.

You should be able to do it online and then opt out the recurring payment option

NTB the same happened to me, I rang the membership department and to my surprise it took less than 2 minutes to complete the whole process.

Are we chasing down expired and potential members with CFC-emblazoned baseball bats?

Can anybody tell me where we were this time last year?

Surely we're on track for around 53k? Which would be fantastic.

I would have thought we would be near 50000 by now ,1st home game always bring in a couple of thousand new members,we really have gone downhill if we only have 46000+ members .Due to our lack of success we have lost a whole generation of youth.

In their defence they were apparently clearing customers much faster than the Swans tent, and it would have been a membership pick-up for a bunch of Vic-based Swans members, but yeah it was still kinda bad.

Still waiting for the early season kick so we can break our record, because if the current numbers are to be believe we've slowed right down.
