I am very curious why supporters would buy a membership,9 games into the season when we are not fairing well . Is it the sacking of M.M. ,feeling sorry for the club,3 game membership,if any one has bought a membership recently an answer would be appreciative,dont get me wrong I think it is great.THE MORE THE MERRIER

The sacking.

I have always felt that the Malthouse selection was flawed - yet another messiah complex but this time with a weaker list - and why would you pay a man a million a year on reputation rather than to build the list. Add that his list management, together with others, meant our list was declining year on year and I became very angry. Add that most Carlton pressers became focussed on Malthouse and I honestly felt disenfranchised.

So when he left I paid up, plus one for my son too.

Being crap on field was inevitable given our list management. Caring / trying / working hard / backing up each other up / effort is a minimum and I'll go to watch them if they're doing that.

Didn't mention Pagan. He inherited a declining list and then it declined further. I have no doubt at all he left Carlton worse off.

The Port game - could be a corker (?)

2 x night games against the Roos and the Hawks ... which should be good for a beer or two.

And 2 x Sunday twilight games against the Suns and the Dees ... hmmmmmmm
