Gleeson: Judd moved Adams' arm up and behind his back sharply. Knew he was defenceless and had virtually no hope of getting off a hand pass. Knew a serious injury might result

This is where the Weasel case should of gone.
Would have been easier to take, if he'd gone straight to the tribunal as well.

Gleason: not arguing Judd intended to injure Adams, just that he did the act knowing it was a reportable offence and knowing it might cause a serious injury

Gleeson: reaction of NM players suggested they regarded his action as unsportsmanlike. Not misapprehended unsportsmanlike conduct, actual unsportsmanlike conduct

It goes back to he who makes most noise.......Collingwood are well drilled at that and time after time get past these with a win.

Surely if done correctly it would have caused serious injury ...but it did not ....bit like Rischitelli not even rubbing his eye after being "gouged"

What the hell does that mean? How can he know Judd's intent?

Because of the reaction of the kangaroos players we should assume unsportsmanlike behaviour. FMD chook tribunal.

He is on the MRP and is acting as the AFL's prosecutor.

Tribunal is:

Emmett Dunne http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emmett_Dunne

Wayne Schimmelbusch - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayne_Schimmelbusch

Wayne Henwood - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayne_Henwood

So 3 ex footballers, 1 an ex cop, 1 a Barrister and 1 a legend of the club who's player was the "victim"..... this should go well then!

We will appeal, the wording of misconduct won't stand up in a proper court.

Carlton FC - so why is Judd hearing charges when Cyril Rioli arguably did the same act a week before and it wasn't even mentioned in the match review?

AFL are Gomorra

Wilson for Judd: disputes there was not a legitimate reason for taking Adams' arm. Argues doing so stopped Adams from trying to look as though he was trying to get a handball off, i.e. pumping his arm
