That's true Agro, based on form over the last couple of frustating years, but I tend to agree with him on his preseason comment. I believe for sustained strength it takes years of steday building, otherwise there's the Essendope way, and that also leads to soft tissue issues and fatigue in the latter part of the year.

In fact, I like what Roosy says most of the time, and have the privelege of meeting him and seeing him regularly at the Junction Oval to know he's of good character...a bit goody goody two shoes.
