Enjoyed a coffee at VISY this afternoon as I sorted out some membership issues. The girls were very helpful and a good result. Quite a few of the younger lads were snacking in the cafe - not much size about them, young Bootsy in particular.
Always good to wander the foyer and see the displays. Loved the 81/82 memorabilia. Those were the days.....

Was there a smell of death and decay? :smoking:

They all looked quite content.......

It will all be forgotten when you kick your first goal next year. Is that right sticks?

Didnt think I could get even further disheartened but after tonight, with this and Brock's stupidity, I have no confidence in anyone at the club right now.

God help us if we put in a meek performance on Friday.

Did Fevola actually confirm that Kernahan made the offer? Mind-boggling if true. :screwy:

Fevola would have stayed if he was given that option.

We dont know how much pressure Jeannie put on the president for the Fev to stay....

One thing is for sure... he wouldnt have been gone if Pratt was still around...

So now we rake over the Fev ashes ? FMD. What next : Big Nick's departure in '76? Robert Walls departure in '78 ? Ian Cervi's '' heart attack '' departure in '78 ?

Hamill, Camporeale, Gallagher, Crosswell, Jezza, all history. But plenty would have been said '' IN HOUSE'' to these guys and plenty other other departing players. It's History. Get over it, Fevola is a tool.

NEXT !!

No. It's comes back to the figurehead of the club Murray. That's what this thread is about. It's another question mark next to his ability to steer the ship.

Agree with Synbad. There is no way Fevola would have left if he had been given the option of staying.

I doubt the comment will be dignified with an answer. No need to add kerosene when the fire is already lit.
