Senior Assistant coach means that we aren't getting Laidley probably.

Can anybody with some better info than most fill us in on Richardson?

What is his reputation within AFL circles, and what were his roles at Essendon* over the past two years?

I'm neither jumping for joy or disappointed, because I don't know much about the bloke.

Knights had a methodology? I thought he just told them to go out there and run fast.

It's worth pointing out also that NO-ONE saw this coming. No-one knew we were even talking to the guy. Just more proof not to believe everything you hear, and that Swann and Icke might actually know what they're doing after-all.



You know that team that just won the premiership? He played a massive part in putting them together. In fact if I'm not mistaken, he was the first real 'development' coach.
