To be fair some of us do ask genuine strategic questions of the more knowledgable football posters and are either ignored or met with pithy picture messages if they are not part of the clique on here.
If your offer is genuine, in your opinion how does a coach break the habit of players going into their shells and playing too conservatively against particular sides?
If however your offer was just a condescending aside, may the ridiculous arguments between posters go on and on forever.
FM I am only condescending (as you put it) to knee jerk reactionists. The answer is as simple as the old cliche'. 'Rome wasn't built in a day'
Players take time, rebuilding Clubs on their knees take time, new Coaches take time, game plans take time, fitness takes time, maturity takes time, recruiting takes time, rebuilding a list takes time and some luck along the way with injuires doesn't go astray.
Confidence in each other and everything to do with the entire process must be in place as well.
If you think all of the things listed above can happen in just 2 or 3 seasons, coming off many, many lean years then you are confused about how hard the AFL arena is.
Regards CazzesmanAgree completely and just as you can take cracks at players for under performing so can others take cracks at the coach for under performing...you need to stop taking comments on here personally...a team is made up of on field and off field components...all have to be performing at the best for the whole team to succeed..
