I seriously love Fev but the time has finally come to at least assess what may be on offer for him on the trade table.

I'd say only the Swans and Doggies would take him so its not worth it especially if you dont have picks inside the top 5

He has to lose the 'go hard or go home attitude' to drinking and he will be fine.

By the way other than the head lock incident, i cant remember Fev actually physically hurting anyone, sexually assaulting anyone, defecating in a corridor of a hotel, assaulting a staff member, slapping the CEO of a major sponsor. He gets drunk and makes a fool out of himself every now and then.

HE HASN'T BLOODY KILLED ANYONE FFS!

He is bloody good bloke off the field.

He is one of those blokes who would do anything for anyone.

He has a huge heart.

What planet are you on? You can spend time and energy hating Fevola all you want, and if you want to compare him to Pol Pot go right ahead. Good for you.

Your mail has been excellent all offseason Thirodis, so thanks for sharing it.

That said... I can hear all the reports in the world about Fev being traded, but until I actually see it I willl always feel like Barry Mitchell is about to take over the coaching role again

Ok I have heard from a reliable source that there are more unreported events which havent come out yet.

These are serious enough to have the majority at the club wanting him out, and Sticks is the one apparently trying to save him.

Time will tell how accurate this is.

Cause Mark Doran says its gospel.

Yeah i've heard Fev made a remark about his status within the club to senior officials that pissed them off but the guy was bloody intoxicated. If the club let the media dictate to them how they should deal with the Fev saga then god bloody help us.

What happened to We Are Carlton, Flower the rest

Put it this way, the argument me and others have been peddling that Fev was just being a harmless drunk idiot, seem to be a fair way off the mark.

Well my source is not Mark Doran, but the story is similar.

Not good business considering we signed him up to a $2mil deal and only 1 year of the three has passed.

Could get messy if Fevola refuses to be traded, however he doesn't seem the type who would be that stubborn. Perhaps Carlton has a "bringing the game into disrepute" option up its sleeve, the same one which WCE used to shaft Cousins.

Sydney's first pick? One nutcase in after another departs?

I dont think hes gone.. i know we will shop him around and see if that can be a kick up the balls.. if we get a good offer we'll take it.. but most likely he'll stay
wouldnt mind us milking this trade through the media as much we can.. make Fev sweat a bit..

I think the prudent thing would be to renegotiate his contract.

Ive heard of a specific incident relating to Marc Murphy's face and Fev's fist. Again time will tell how true this is.

Unfortunately as I posted earlier I have heard the same thing! The Blues may be thinking that enough is enough. I doubt he will just be offloaded but I seriously think he will be up for trade.

Apart from words allegedly exchanged with club officials, wasnt it being reported earlier in the week that Gibb's GF left the event in tears. I have a feeling that he is not only upset the club officials but he may have also seriously upset a few of the players and their partners - including Judd. If there are indeed Blues players that have got their nose out of joint this time around the writing may be on the wall for Fev.
