Start looking for someone who wants to do it and who is a game-day coach. We have had a succession of coaches who can't think on their feet. Tonight I was calling for Hendo back at half time when we were still in it but he waited until we were six goals down before trying something.
Did he make any positional moves to the midfield? Not one and that's where we were getting creamed.

If we're shit, players who get free agency and who are good will just walk like Waite did. We can't afford to stay cellar dwellers.

Coach's can try with this club but the tail seems to wag the dog. MM has always been able to at least get the best out of sides mentally but poor culture is so in-grained in this club that even he can't shake it. Unfortunately, if he can't then he has to go if the players won't play for him.

Let him get his record then that's it. Wouldn't surprise me if he got the record then resigned anyway. Who would want to coach this lot. Laidley can do the job for the rest of the season North always responded to him well and he got alot out of them.

Wonder how many look back on Ratts differently now. He actually got something out of the side. Fair effort seeing the on- field culture has been a disgrace since 2002.

It is like two wks in a row, they play the first qtr. oppositioncoach reviews what is effectively working for carlton and shut it down. Then gameplan falls apart. Tonight they shut down judd and we went to water.

The players we have out there should not be beaten by 90pts against wce. There are issues with game plan, players not following gp, players not motivated, no intensity etc. It is responsibility of the coach to fix these issues. I firmly believe he has lost the players.

There's a reason I started this thread as Sakc Malthouse, can we go back to the same title? I know the players love him but if I was
