we need to improve our middle tier - the stakers, didaks, crosses, whites etc do this

then we need to improve our bottom tier and use that for development - use the draft to improve on the people we just delisted

we are so short on talent - we have to go this path

our list management has been diabolical - we have to partial rebuild, partial topup and get the mix and balance right
