Yep, why wait? I think we should have a one year plan to be top 2 by end of 2017, which other club would think to plan for success?

Garlett is the one that hurt the most for me. 24yr old who had two seasons of 40 goals, yet we traded him for jack shit. Yes he may have had issues, but still issues can be overcome to the point performance on-field is restored.
